Hiroshima's traditional food "Okonomiyaki"

"Okonomiyaki" is a traditional food in Hiroshima.

Some people in Hiroshima say "Okonomiyaki is our soul food."

One of my friends described it "Okonomiyak is Japanese pizza." 

But,　I think "Okonomiyaki is more like Taco, especially Okonomiyaki in Hiroshima."

I strongly recommend trying Okonomiyaki if you visit Hiroshima.

I went to one Okonomiyaki restaurant "Kyo-chan."

You can try a lot of Hiroshima's food besides Okonomiyaki.

For example, oyster in Hiroshima is very famous and tastes good.

Also, there are various type of stir-fry you can try.

Pork, sprout, leek stired with egg.

Also, you can try local liquor (Sake and Shochu) with these menu.

If you stop by Hiroshima, you should try this place.
